In our work together, we may use a mix of approaches tailored to you:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that contribute to anxiety and overwhelm.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supports acceptance of difficult emotions while guiding you toward meaningful, values-driven action.
Solution-Focused Therapy builds on your strengths to create practical changes during times of transition.
Motivational Interviewing gently explores your readiness for change and helps overcome resistance.
Psychodynamic Therapy uncovers patterns shaped by past experiences that affect your current relationships and stress.
I also offer faith-sensitive support for clients who want to include their spiritual beliefs in therapy, always respecting your pace and perspective.

45-50 minute sessions
Session frequency depending on client need
Offered via telehealth (HIPAA-compliant platform) in New York and Connecticut
In Person sessions available in Queens, NY.
Fees
Out of pocket rate $150-$250 per session
Superbills provided for out-of-network
Sliding scale fees may be available for clients experiencing special circumstances. Please feel free to inquire if this applies to you.
